Our History
Plummers Industries Pty Ltd, a renowned family-owned enterprise, has been a pillar of the Australian industry since its establishment in 1957 in Belmont, Western Australia. With its origins in specialised springs for local machinery manufacturers, the company successfully transitioned into switchboard manufacturing in the mid-1970s. Recognising the growing demand, switch rooms were added in 1990 to expand their service offerings.
Today, Plummers Industries proudly stands as Australia’s largest privately owned switchboard manufacturer, with a strong presence in Western Australia, Queensland, and Victoria.
In 2015, building on their industry experience, Plummers Industries identified a unique opportunity to offer turnkey solutions to their existing clientele. This led to the creation of Plummers Project Services (PPS), a new venture dedicated to delivering comprehensive services primarily focused on Water Management and Treatment Solutions.
At PPS, we offer a wide range of services that cover the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from Design Management and Engineering Management to Earthworks/Civils, Installation, Commissioning, and Electrical works. Our expertise extends across various areas, including dewatering, borefields, pipelines, site infrastructure, civil construction, and electrical solutions.
